Admin Plans was initially created as a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company, providing ICT services to its financial and E-commerce services clients in the North America and Europe. Since then, Admin Plans has expanded to provide a broad range of services to clients both in the North American, European and the African market. Core offerings include Information Portals, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Performance Management / Balanced Scorecard, ERP [Enterprise Resource Planning] implementation and support, hosted solutions including Software as a Service [SaaS], rural / remote ICT infrastructure implementation, and logistics and supply to remote 2 Africa. With staff of 15 professionals including five senior applications and database developers and three graphics artists, Admin Plans will soon expand its operations in the East African countries.
